Spring 2026 Update

It’s been a busy and energising few months on the writing front, with lots of progress across multiple projects:

The Good Shepherd

After some incredibly valuable feedback from the wonderful team at Jericho Writers, I’ve refined my query package and have (this week) sent out my latest tranche of submissions in the hope of finding the right agent match. I’ve also reworked the opening chapters to give the story even greater emotional impact for future readers.

Troll Hunter

The great second‑draft edit is officially underway! It’s been exciting to dig deeper into the story, sharpen the pacing, and bring more depth to the character arcs. I’m looking forward to finishing this draft and sharing James and Ellie’s journey with beta readers later this year.

New Projects

I’ve also drafted outlines for my next two novels:

• The House Party — a page‑turning thriller told across an alternating dual timeline.

• The World’s Worst Fundraisers — an upmarket/book‑club novel following three hapless‑but‑well‑meaning siblings as they attempt to earn their late father’s inheritance.

Website Updates

This website is still in its early days, but it now includes a dedicated Projects section, complete with overview pages for both The Good Shepherd and Troll Hunter. More to come as the stories develop.
